My wonderful husband brought me these wild flowers Friday. They are very prickly so he had to wear gloves to pick them. The thoughtfulness, as well as their beauty overwhelmed me.

I love creative things. I find that I have a little creativity in me but not near as much as those around me. However, I've always had an appreciation for beauty, uniqueness, inspiration in many things. Even as a teenager I enjoyed murals, graffiti, staircases, architecture. I enjoyed taking photographs until I spent a year on the high school yearbook staff with all the teenage angst and drama.

I am now married to a very creative person from a very creative family and would enjoy pursuing more creative activities but just do not have the time. But I still have an appreciation so am using this blog to capture those things I think are neat. Whether it is a sunset, flower, mural, my childrens' smiles - whatever I find interesting. Maybe someday I will have the time to incorporate some of this inspiration into something creative . . .
